Talents from level 10, with a new 16-point milestoneConfirmed
Talents still start at level 10. The single-point 'gold medal' talents at 11, 21 and 31 points are joined by a new one at 16 points.
Dual Specialization at level 40Confirmed
Dual Spec unlocks at level 40. Talents (including Legacy talents) are reset at a class trainer in a major city.
New race: Skyborne
Confirmed
A new playable race from the optional Skyborne Heroic Pack. Every Skyborne starts on Zephras Isle (levels 1-12), then joins the Alliance as the High Order or the Horde as the Windshapers.
