The Drowned City

An ancient Gurubashi troll city that has risen from the ocean off the coast of Stranglethorn Vale, now occupied by hostile trolls and naga. It offers a mix of underwater approach, coastal ruins, and tropical combat for levels 35–40.

BetaStranglethorn Vale, underwater off the west coast near The Vile Reef (coordinates 21.4, 27.9).

Why go

The dungeon features a unique environment combining ancient troll architecture with a crashed pirate vessel and naga activity. It provides relevant blue-quality gear for the mid-leveling bracket and ties into Stranglethorn's lore regarding lost Gurubashi history.

Before you leave

Getting thereSwim past The Vile Reef to the Sunken Hollow near the island with water elementals; look for a cave entrance with a large tablet beside it.
